You can manage your account through our Donor Portal, accessible via the My Account button at the top of the MTFP homepage menu. 

Login to your donor portal account is managed via login links sent to your email. Simply enter the email address you used to make your donations and then click the orange ‘login’ button in the email sent to you to be taken to your donor portal.

Oh dear! First, check your spam or junk folder. If you are seeing MTFP emails in your spam folder or your Promotional/Social tabs in Gmail, here are some instructions on getting our newsletter emails in your primary inbox:

1. Log into Gmail on a desktop browser (this method does not work on mobile)
2. Search for any email sent by “[email protected]”
3. Right-click the email and select “Move to tab” -> “Primary” or “Not spam”, depending on where the original email was sent
4. You’ll be asked if you want future messages from this email to go to “Primary”; click “Yes”

Becoming an MTFP recurring member means your donation recurs automatically on a monthly or yearly basis via credit card. This provides MTFP with the sort of predictable revenue that allows us to plan multi-year budgets, and it helps eliminate renewal mailings or lapses in your membership.

Recurring memberships automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis. If you’d like to make another one-time gift, you can do so on our donate page, by mailing a check, or via PayPal. Log in to your donor portal using the My Account button on the MTFP homepage. When prompted, enter the email used for your donations and then click the login button in the email sent to you to be taken to your donor portal.

Once logged in, click on your recurring donation and then select “Edit payment details”.

Click on the dropdown under “Payment method”, and select “New credit card”. Enter your new credit card information and click “Confirm.” This will switch your payment over to a new card. 2. Once logged in, click on your recurring donation and then select “Edit payment details”. You can then type in a new amount for your recurring payment amount.
   
   
3. Alternatively, you change your amount using the “Give more” button shown here on the main page of your donor portal. On the next page, choose how much you’d like to increase your donation by and then click “Confirm”.

2. Once logged in, click on your recurring donation and scroll to the bottom of the screen to the “Cancel recurring donation” button. Then, choose whether to adjust your donation or cancel it.

2. From the menu on the left-hand side, select “Orders” to see all donations you’ve made to MTFP (including each recurring gift installment), or select “My Subscription” to see your recurring donation.

• Because we recently upgraded our donation processing system, donation payments before February 20, 2025 will not be visible. Please email us directly for your full donation history at [email protected].
• If you give through PayPal, please log in to PayPal to check your giving record.

If you have multiple accounts but only want one, you have two options: 

1. To delete an account you no longer need: Sign in to the extra account via the My Account/Sign In link in the site header. Then select the Delete Account button to start the deletion process.
2. To merge both accounts under a single email address: Please contact us, and we can help merge your subscription and donation information into a single account. You can reach us at [email protected] or (406) 465-3386
